Robert B. (Brad) Henske

Mr. Henske is a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman. His primary responsibility is to help the firm better drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of H&F's portfolio companies. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Activant Solutions, Inc., Datatel, Inc. and IRIS Software Group Limited, and a Director of Goodman Global, Inc. He is active in a number of the other portfolio companies on a variety of operational, organizational and performance improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Mr. Henske was the General Manager of the Consumer Tax Group (TurboTax) and the Chief Financial Officer at Intuit. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners (Robert M. Bass Group), the Chief Financial Officer at American Savings Bank and a partner at Bain & Company. He is or formerly was a member of the Board of Directors of VeriFone Holdings, Inc., Williams Scotsman, Inc., Grove Worldwide L.L.C., Reliant Building Products Inc. and American Savings Bank.

Mr. Henske graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and earned an MBA, with Distinction, from the Wharton School.
