Georgia Lee

Ms. Lee is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Hellman & Friedman. She was formerly a Director of Blackbaud, Inc.

Prior to joining the Firm in 1992, Ms. Lee was a Partner with Deloitte LLP. Previously, she was a research manager in the national office of KPMG.

Ms. Lee graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley.
