Stephen P.W. Duckett

Mr. Duckett is a Managing Director of Hellman & Friedman based in the Firm's London office. He is involved principally in the Firm's European activities and his primary areas of focus are the business services, internet/digital media and software/data services industries. He is a Director of IRIS Software Group Limited, SSP Holdings plc, and Web Reservations International.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Duckett was the head of ICG Inc. in Europe. Previously, he was with Apax Partners in London.

Mr. Duckett graduated with first class honours from the University of Oxford with a Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics and Management and earned an MBA, with Distinction, from the Harvard Business School where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
